Toronto, ON (April 24, 2023) – Today Choice Hotels Canada is proud to share the winners of its prestigious Platinum and Gold Guest Satisfaction Awards. These annual awards celebrate Canadian properties for their dedication to operational excellence and customer service. Winning properties are determined based on results from key performance indicators and guest insight surveys which include metrics such as likelihood to recommend, overall staff service and room condition.
There are two levels of awards - Platinum and Gold. The Platinum winners represent the best of the best and are among the top three per cent of hotels in the Choice Hotels Canada portfolio of more than 330 properties, while Gold winners are among the top four to 10 per cent. This year there were nine Platinum Award winners and 21 Gold.
