Choice Hotels International Promotes Jay Sigona to Vice President, Brand Operations for all Choice Economy, Midscale and Extended Stay Brands
SILVER SPRING, Md., Feb. 7, 2013 /PRNewswire/ -- Choice Hotels International, Inc. (NYSE: CHH) today announced that Jay Sigona has been promoted to vice president, brand operations for all Choice Hotels economy, midscale and extended stay brands. Previously, Sigona served as senior director, brand programs which include Comfort Inn, Comfort Suites, Quality, Sleep Inn, Clarion, MainStay Suites, Suburban Extended Stay Hotel, Econo Lodge and Rodeway Inn.
In his new role, Sigona will be responsible for leading the creation and implementation of brand programs, standards and compliance functions for Choice's economy, midscale and extended stay brands along with overseeing the interior design and architecture function for these brands, to ensure they are aligned with corporate and brand strategies.
