On November 12, 2013, the hotel's two towers and casino will host a ribbon cutting ceremony with the Mayor of Las Vegas and other local dignitaries, and on November 16, local residents and visitors will continue the celebration with a street party "Downtown 3(rd) presents: Rock the Block" that will include five diverse musical acts on 3(rd) street and inside the hotel.
